Eliza May is a Birmingham based indie pop artist who takes inspiration from great musicians such as Tori Kelly, Hayley Williams and Frank Turner. Her use of intricate harmonies alongside contagiously catchy melodies brings a refreshingly warm vibe to the indie pop scene. Eliza went on her first UK tour in April 2017, played at Brighton Pride 2018, supported Declan J Donovan in 2020, headlined at the O2 Institute Birmingham in 2021 and when she's not gigging or making music, can be found busking around the country.
Throughout the pandemic, Eliza started working on her next EP with the help of her band. Every sound on the EP was recorded in their bedrooms and sent back to Eliza to arrange. The whole process took two years but was 100% worth it. With Jamie Farnell working his production magic again on this EP, Eliza’s new songs have truly been brought to life. Expect layers of gorgeous harmonies, sassy but classy lyrics and incredible instrumentation that will have you singing and dancing all the way through. “Edge of This”, the first single from the EP is available now on all online music platforms.
